Make a splash in our 25 yard pool, complete with a waterslide! Get the whole family together for some energy burning pool fun during family swim or find some quiet time during lap swim.
Hot Tub + Sauna
Relax in our hot tub and dry heat sauna. Both are located in the pool area. For your safety, make sure to follow rules as posted. Patrons must of 14 years of age to use hot tub and sauna
Wellness Room
Find your favorite cardio machine in the wellness room! Popular spots include the NuStep, rowing machine, treadmills, ellipticals and much more!
Free Weights
Weight room is located on the second floor of the building. No one under age of 14 is allowed on second level without adult supervision. Equipment is not to be used without completion of Youth Weight Training class.
Gymnasium
Equipped for basketball, volleyball, and pickle ball! This is a great space for families/kiddos to burn off energy and bond with a quick pickup game! Open during normal business hours, unless posted otherwise.
Indoor Track
When the weather forces you to bring your running/walking inside, our track is the perfect place to go! The track is located on the second floor and circles above the gymnasium. Check signs for daily direction. 14 laps = 1 mile.
Racquetball Court
Unity Health and Fitness has one racquetball court located on the first floor. Eye protection is required and patrons must be 12 years or older to play. Anyone under 12 years can play with adult supervision. Check out eyewear, racquets, and balls at front desk, free of charge with membership.
Cycle Room
One of our most popular features. Our cycle room offers in person classes as well as virtual Les Mills classes. Classes are scheduled but you can start your own cycle class at any time. Just let the front desk know!
