ACH - Designed for members wanting a monthly payment rather than annual plan. Payments must be automatic withdrawals each month. ACH’s will now run until the member cancels the payment.

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available to those who reside in Grant County and whose income makes it difficult to afford a Unity Health & Fitness membership. The Financial Aid Membership Assistance Program is made possible by the Grant County Combined Appeal.
