We have two trainer-designed programs available, depending on your commitment level, fitness goals and availability. If you’re looking for a way to take the guess work out of what-t0-do at the gym, these programs lay out your workouts in easy, descriptive detail. You follow the plans at home, at the gym or at the hotel gym while you’re away. When you purchase a program, it is yours to complete to the best of your ability. Results will vary based on participant’s effort, commitment and desire to follow the components in the order they are presented.
