Unity Health & Fitness is proud to host the Milbank Area Lions Swim Team in our facility. The club is a seasonal competitive swim team offering skills development for young swimmers of all abilities age 19 and under. The only requirement to join the team is that your swimmer can complete one length of the pool without stopping. Leave the rest to the coaching staff!

The goal is to provide each athlete with the opportunity to improve and achieve his/her goals in a fun and positive environment. Throughout the summer months, our team competes in many swim meets across South Dakota where swimmers have the opportunity to showcase their skills and track improvement.
