Taught by Judy, this class works on increasing range of motion and strengthening muscles while doing small exercises to improve daily life activities. Exercises are done with small hand-held weight, resistance bands or rubber balls to get necessary movements without straining the body.

Led by Katie or Jess, this class takes elements of ballet and yoga and provides a challenge utilizing resistance bands, yoga balls, yoga blocks, light weights and will have your muscles toned and surprised by what little movements can do!

Led by Gil, this one is just like yoga, but for the guys only. This is one of the all-male classes we offer and great for guys who need work on flexibility and recovery.

Led by Jeanine, this class will take you through a series of exercises all done in the water. Using water weights, kickboards and your own body weight, this is an opportunity to get toning and cardio in the fun environment of the shallow end of the pool.

Led by Melissa or Jess, this class focuses on helping you build muscle by pushing you out of your comfort zones. Low impact does not mean low intensity in strength class when you are lifting heavy dumbbells. This class is instructor guided and will have you making friends with the free weights.

Led by Gil, this is a class that will focus on core strength, joint strength, balance and flexibility in a relaxed and calm setting.

Water exercises that promote cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strengthening. This class takes place in our pool using water weights, noodles and kickboards.

Led by Angie, this combination of strength training and cardio bursts make up a fantastic HIIT-style workout for anyone looking to up their workout game, build stamina and muscle and do it all in a fun group environment.

Led by Gil this offers a variety of different activities will help improve breathing, joint strength and mobility. You will incorporate foam rollers, lacrosse balls, resistance bands and light weights to help your body recover from minor aches and pains and gain flexibility in the process.

Led by Jody or Gil, You’ll get all the cardio without the stress on the joints, cycle will take you through a series of climbing hills, fast sprints and powerful resistance climbs. You control your bike with direction from the instructor all while listening to great music for 30 minutes. So fun you’ll forget you’re working out.

It is exactly as it sounds, a cycle class where you won’t know the instructor or the type of ride you’re taking until it’s time to pedal. Great if you’re up for a Saturday morning adventure…

Taught by Judy, this class needs no prior knowledge of cha-cha or boot-scootin’ boogie, you just need to be willing to learn some steps and have some fun!

Led by the incomparable Judy, even while seated, you will be able to train flexibility, strength and balance with the help of small weights and resistance bands. This class will give you a healthy workout from the comfort of your chair.

Taught by Jess, just like cycle 30 but light hand weights are added a couple times throughout class to give you a full-body workout from your bike saddle.

Taught by Gil, this is a Cycle 30 class for the guys only. This one is geared toward getting your cardio in. Try this and take a look at a new way of getting your heartrate up.

Led by Jess, this will take you from station to station to give your body a workout from shoulders to toes. 30 minutes of movement + exercise.
