Sundays at 4pm
A new class brought to you by dual instructors, Adrid & Tracey, this one is for females only. Lifted will be a five-session class offered Sunday evenings utilizing the weight room and teaching women how to lift using the equipment and helping them gain a level of comfort when in that room. This one requires prior registration due to limited space.
Tuesdays at 4pm
Jess is operating this seasonal class in hopes that Mother Nature cooperates for some great outdoor fitness time. All sessions of this class will be held outdoors. Expect to get some steps in AND some bodyweight work!
Wednesdays at 5:45am
Katie is teaching this rhythm related power workout in the early mornings. You’ll spend time using a weighted bar and/or dumbbells for a total-body workout and a great playlist.
Monday at 4pm and Thursday at 6am
Led by Jess, this class takes elements of ballet and yoga and provides a challenge utilizing resistance bands, yoga balls, yoga blocks, light weights and will have your muscles surprised by what little movements can do!
Monday and Wednesday at 5:30pm
Amanda leads this after work water workout. For those who love aquatic fitness, you now have the opportunity to join in a class AFTER work too.
Wednesdays at 4pm and Fridays at 6am
Led by Melissa or Jess, this class focuses on helping you build muscle by pushing you out of your comfort zones. Low impact does not mean low intensity in strength class when you are lifting heavy dumbbells. This class is instructor guided and will have you making friends with the free weights.
Tue & Fri at 5:45am
Led by Jeanine, this class will take you through a series of exercises all done in the water. Using water weights, kickboards and your own body weight, this is an opportunity to get toning and cardio in the fun environment of the shallow end of the pool.
Mondays at 5:30am
Led by Angie, this combination of strength training and cardio bursts make up a fantastic HIIT-style workout for anyone looking to up their workout game, build stamina and muscle and do it all in a fun group environment.
Tue & Thur at 8am and 10:30am
Water exercises that promote cardiovascular conditioning and muscle strengthening. This class takes place in our pool using water weights, noodles and kickboards. We have two morning sessions led by two different instructors.
M, W, F at 10:45am
Led by the incomparable Judy, even while seated, you will be able to train flexibility, strength and balance with the help of small weights and resistance bands. This class will give you a healthy workout from the comfort of your chair.
Thursdays at 5:30am
Led by Jody, you’ll get all the cardio without the stress on the joints, cycle will take you through a series of climbing hills, fast sprints and powerful resistance climbs. You control your bike with direction from the instructor all while listening to great music for 30 minutes. So fun you’ll forget you’re working out.
M, W, F at 10am
Taught by Judy, this class works on increasing range of motion and strengthening muscles while doing small exercises to improve daily life activities. Exercises are done with small hand-held weight, resistance bands or rubber balls to get necessary movements without straining the body.
Class Pass
Purchase your class pass at the front desk. Each class is one punch per person. Passes are good for any of the listed programs above. This punch card will not admit you into the facility for any area other than class attendance.
