Unity Health & Fitness is hosting the biggest loser team challenge
The Biggest Loser Team challenge weigh in dates: Nov. 1 = start weight, Nov. 15, Dec. 6, Dec. 20, Jan. 3, Jan 17, Jan 31 = finish weight.
This challenge adds another level of difficulty to it as it will run OVER the holiday season months. Teams should be registered by November 1st for their first weigh in. Through the course of the challenge, bi-weekly weigh ins will be scheduled and the final weigh in will determine the winning team based on percentage lost, not number of pounds.
Gather up your workmates and make a pact to try to be the biggest losers you can be over this holiday season!
