Personalized fitness plans!

Fit 4 You is an 8-week personalized training program that allows our members time with a trainer while performing specifically designed workouts on their own. The program provides 4 one-on-one sessions with a trainer to discuss fitness/nutrition goals, strategies to achieving those goals, weekly check-ins, and /or help with their workouts. Each week the client is provided with 4 trainer designed workouts that can be completed whenever it works for their schedule. Upon completion, the client is presented with a printed program complete with all workouts, nutrition information, postural assessment, and trainer notes.
