Lifted - female-only weight lifting class

 
 

New this September - a class for females who would like to learn how to properly and safely use the equipment in the weight room. This class will be five sessions, starting Sunday, Sept. 14. Class time will run from 4-4:45pm. Class size will be limited due to the space/equipment availability. To register, click the button below and get signed up. Lifted will boost your mind and your body.
